Base64 Encoder
Experimental text-file batch
Standard Base64 only. Strict UTF-8 without BOM. Experimental limits: 4 files, 300000 bytes and 100000 UTF-16 units per file, 1200000 bytes per batch. One result at a time; preview limited to 4096 units.
Unavailable in this renderer. This pilot requires actual website WebAssembly execution; server, prerender, extension and WebView are not supported. A later visit may use WebAssembly.
Cancellation is cooperative during reads and between operations; synchronous encoding cannot be interrupted by a click. Export requested does not confirm a durable save. Clear cannot remove saved downloads. No secure-erasure or production privacy claim.
